I like you having a Baytown office, because I live on the east side of Houston. I have be a patient of your practice for over 30 year. I was a patient of both Dr. Herdon and Horwitz. I have seen Dr. Cooper only twice. So far, I am impressed with her service. I appreciate your office seeing me today on short notice. Given my history with ear problems, I react quickly to sinus infections.

Every person in the office cares about the patients. I was dizzy and sick, and I think it was an insurance person who ran to help me get to the sink, got me a cold compress, and a soda. Dr Cooper is so thorough, and doesnâ€™t make me feel stupid for asking any little question. Sheâ€™s kind, and so knowledgeable. I would happily recommend her to anyone.

Gina who did my allergy test was so helpful & gentle when administering my test since she could tell I was very nervous about all the pricks. Also Marie was so incredibly nice as well. Dr. Cooper made sure all my questions were answered & gave me every resource I could use to help me maintain my allergies. Overall, great experience.

We arrived early for our appt, but the staff took us anyway. Katie did the hearing test and calculated the results while Dr Cooper did an exam and reviewed the history. Dr Cooper andKatie discussed results and then the process of hearing aids was started.This office is sowell organized and run.Helen, Isabel, Lindsey, all so helpful in gettingvisit to run smoothly. It was such a pleasant experience this morning on the visit.As an aside, I am Sister Josephina’s “helper”, I filled this out on my computer with her input over the phone, she does not have a computer, and I come with her for the visits to “translate” the medical jargon,

My experience with the Baytownoffice was very pleasant,The front office and the nurses made you feel comfortable.Dr. Cooper was awesome until she said she wanted to go up my nose with a camera…Yikes!!! was my first reaction…In the end, it wasn’t so bad.She went over some of my medicine that might be causing my cough. I usually see Dr Horowitz. I was very impressed with everyone in the practice on Monday 6/18. I was able to get in on the same day because I needed a medical clearance to get my Crohn’s med on Tues the next day. Everyone from phone, front desk, exam room, Dr. Cooper and the ladies at the exit window were fantastic. I had to call for what became a critical need because my infusion doc required more than just a note…he wanted to speak to the attending doctor. My emergency became theirs and everyone handled my paperwork in an expeditious manner so I could go the next day for my remicade infusion. Dr Cooper…you rock as well as the entire staff. THANK YOU!

Dr. Cooper treated me last Xmas from a severe ear infection in the left ear that was not only painful but made me unable to follow normal conversation if the speaker was to my left. As my infection didn’t seem to respond to medical ear drops, she started cleaning the ear manually in weekly visits until it got better after four or five visits. She is a talented and caring professional and I am so grateful for the extra attention she gave me and the wonderful results I had since then.
